Rouleau is a hand made french style rolling pin. It has been turned from Australian hard wood to create a dense and beautifuly weighted implement. The parallel design helps the baker, pastry chef or home cook roll even dough and pastry.

Each pin is turned individually by hand and special care is taken to ensure the sides are parallel so the most discerning baker, pastry chef and foodie cook can achieve consistent results.

The pin measures 3.5cm in diameter and is 45cm long to allow easy rolling for large sheets of pastry or dough.
