Inspirtion for the design of the knike is drawn from cultery use on airlines in the 1970’s when you dressed to fly. The pate / cheese knife is a minimial design and intended for use at the table. The elegant angles and shape are beautiful to use and comfortable to hold.

Each Australian made kinfe is individualy ground from reclaimed metals or old cutlery and finished with a hand polish. Displayed in a hardwood gift presentation holder with magnets to keep everything together.

The knife is designed for soft cheese/pate and spreads.
