Description

The ultimate cheese and jelly draining bag with stand for seperating liquids from pulp.

Made form two layers of plain weave 100% cotton for an excellent result. Seperation can’t be rushed, while process takes place close the top draw string on top of the bag to keep unwated visitors out.

Assembly is easy, simply attach the timber legs to the pins of the hoop. The rare earth magnets will hold them tight so the legs won’t fall off if you move the assembled jelly bag stand. The jelly bag fits over the hoop and is fastened by a draw string. When finished the stand and jelly bag will pack flat and fit into a standard cutlery draw.

This is the only jelly bag or cheese cloth with this feature.The images show 2.2kg of apples and 2.2L of liquid reduced to pulp with a 2.4L yield.
